Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Shipping Rates

- Orders of 4 or more sticks: FREE shipping
- Orders of 2 sticks (The Starter): $7.99 flat

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can check your delivery status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Duties and Taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency based on your delivery country: US dollars (USD) in the United States and Canadian dollars (CAD) in Canada. For orders shipped within the United States, no additional import charges apply. For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable duties, GST/HST, or provincial taxes are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency and, where not collected at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer. Briyva has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

If you refuse to pay a customs charge, the package may be returned to us or held by customs. In that case Briyva is not responsible for refunding the original shipping cost.

Delays and Issues

We do our best to meet the estimates above, but occasional delays happen due to carrier volume or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at support@briyva.com and we'll look into it right away.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email support@briyva.com before your order is dispatched. Once it has shipped we can't modify the delivery address, and we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We're starting with the US and Canada and plan to open more countries over time. If you're outside these regions and want to be notified when we ship to you, email support@briyva.com.
